Hello and welcome to Key Stage Three.

In years 7,8 and 9 , pupils cross the bridge between Primary school and their IGCSE years. It is a very important time as pupils learn to be more independent and to make decisions for themselves. It is my job to guide them through this.

In Key Stage Three pupils study all the subjects in the National Curriculum and some extras like Business Studies are built into Year 9 to help them prepare for the academic choices ahead. Working with their tutor, who they see every day and who provides an invaluable link between school and home, they not only study but also debate and discuss the issues around  becoming a young adult.

Key Stage Three is a special time in every pupil’s academic career and I am proud to be able to help every pupil on their way.

Mrs Susan Cook
Head of Key Stage 3

Hello and welcome to Key Stage Four.

I am delighted to welcome you to Key Stage 4 at The International School of Andalucía.
We are committed to supporting students in preparation for their IGCSE examinations at the end of Year 11.

We offer a two year Key Stage 4 curriculum, affording students in Years 10 and 11 the opportunity to develop the necessary skills for success in their IGCSEs, A levels and beyond. We work hard to support student progress through this essential phase of their educational careers.

We develop strong partnerships between our students, their families and the school so that students have the best possibility of making good progress and  achieving their full potential.

We aim for all students at the end of Key Stage 4 to participate in careers guidance and a week long work experience placement. These placements are designed to help our students to gain a greater understanding and awareness of life outside of school and to make more informed decisions about their future.

We look forward to welcoming you in Key Stage 4.
